Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament - open to adults or children - and equally challenging for both visitors and locals, with multiple categories to be contested in this largest trout tournament in the Smokies. This is the 16th year for the Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament, and it takes place April 4 - April 5, 2015.

Easter Sunrise Service on Top of the Mountian at Ober Gatlinburg The Gatlinburg Annual Easter Sunrise Service will be enhanced by the beauty of the Smokies when the community and its visitors gather at Ober Gatlinburg for this memorable worship service. This will be the 18th year for the mountain top services at the resort. The 30-40 minute high mountain service will be led by local pastors of the Gatlinburg Ministerial Association. The offering collected during the service will be used by the Association in assisting the countyís needy.
As host for the Sunrise Service, the staff of Ober Gatlinburg will provide worshipers with free tram rides to the mountain top beginning at 5:45 A.M. and continuing at 15 minute intervals until the service begins at 6:30 A.M. Complimentary parking at the resort will be provided for those who prefer to drive up the mountain. A breakfast buffet will be available at the Ober Gatlinburg Restaurant from 7:15 - 10:30 A.M.

Wine, Dine and Art Crawl - Explore the historic Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community on a private tour of participating galleries, restaurants and wineries. 5:00 to 9:00 pm enjoy private, guided tours of participating galleries. Meet the artists while sampling local wines and enjoying hors d'oeuvres from local restaurants. Finish the evening with a sit down dinner at one of Gatlinburg's unique eating establishments, all for one low price! Seating is limited and reservations are required. This event is for those 21 years of age and older. This is an event of Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Wine Fest, and tickets will be available for purchase in early 2015.

Mountain Man Memorial March - This is the Eighth Annual Mountain Man Memorial March, which is a 26.2-mile march in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The march takes place on Saturday, April 11 in Gatlinburg as a tribute to our men and women in uniform. April 10 - 11, 2015.

Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Wine Fest will be held at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts on Saturday April 11th from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Wineries for the event will be coming from all over Tennessee! Visitors age 21 and older will purchase a ticket to the festival for $20 and receive a wristband for sampling and a branded wine glass. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Gatlinburg Hospitality Association Scholarship Fund and Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts.

Earth Day 5K - Earth Day 5K Run/Walk in downtown Gatlinburg. Funds raised benefit the Chamber Foundation's initiatives in education and green programs. This is a night race scheduled for 10:00 pm. USA Track and Field sanctioned event. Early registration is encouraged. Registration of race night takes place 8:00pm at Nantahala Outdoor Center.

Blount British Cars, Ltd. hosts a British Car Gathering each spring.
